Account Executive, Season Ticket Sales – Southern California Gladiators (Orange County, Ca)

Reports to: Director of Season & Group Sales
Summary Description:
The Account Executive, Season Ticket Sales is responsible for generating new business as it relates to Southern California Gladiators ticket inventory.
Duties:

  • Prospect, establish, research and close ticket sales leads through cold-calling, appointments and networking
  • Adhere to department guidelines in relation to call volume and outside networking opportunities
  • Work closely with Ticket Operations and Guest Relations departments to achieve sales and prospecting goals
  • Maintain high level of customer service to existing and new clients of the Southern California Gladiators.
  • Participate in various sales, team and community events as assigned
  • Represent organization at various networking events and/or off-site community events promoting ticket sales 
  • Active role in the Southern California Gladiators game day experience
  • Maintain accurate records in support of sales efforts as defined by the organization


Essential Requirements:

  • College graduate preferred
  • Minimum of one year sales experience (sports or entertainment field preferred)
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to handle heavy phone volume, both outbound and inbound
  • Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays as dictated by games and events
     

Compensation:  Commissions

Corporate Partnership Manager – Southern California Gladiators (Orange County, Ca)

 

Summary Description:
The Corporate Partnerships Manager will be responsible for prospecting new team sponsors for the organization, present, negotiate and close new team sponsorship deals
The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in selling broadcast media assets
  • Minimum of two years sales experience in the sports and/or entertainment industry, with a main emphasis being corporate sponsorship sales and business development
  • Documented and proven track record in revenue generation
  • Experience in attaining corporate relationships with key decision-makers
  • Experience giving public and group presentations
  • Superior organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and demonstrate innovation and initiative
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment
  • The ability to work long and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook)

Compensation:  Commissions
